Refund policy
We respect your decision to not go ahead with a purchase for any reason and we would help you out with all sincerity to make the process as fast and effortless as possible.

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy. Please remember it can take up to 10 to 15 days for the amount to be credited to your bank this includes the time your bank or credit card company can take to process and post the refund.
The Exchange / Return / Refund Process.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- When your request for a refund is accepted (please go through the different possibilities under which orders are refunded), we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In case you received a Damaged/Wrong Product.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Email us a detailed image of the damaged or defective part along with the order number mentioned in the order confirmation email sent to you when the purchase was made. Please allow us a day time evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items / Special requests
- As custom products have especially been made for you (such as special orders or personalized items) we cannot entertain an exchange or return on them. You can always get in touch with any questions or concerns about your specific item and we will definitely help you out as much as we can.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Other reasons for a return/refund.
- We understand that there might be special reasons to request a return/refund. In this case, we will go through your request and the reason mentioned by you. The final decision on the refund/return however rests with the team Bicyclist. You will be notified if your request has been accepted within two working days.
- You can always request an exchange if you are unhappy with the items you have received.
Since leather is a natural material and all our designs are handcrafted, please note that in spite of our best efforts, there might be a slight variation in the color and texture of the leather from what is shown on our website and we hope you consider this before initiating a refund/return/exchange.
Exchanges
- If you are not happy or pleased with what you have received you can always send us an email request for an exchange. We will get back to you within a single working day regarding the availability and time required for us to send you the new item.
